We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1:30 PM when our own Dick Doherty will be presenting, “Genealogical Gold: Ireland’s National School Records – Content, Location and Usage”.

Richard M. Doherty is a professional genealogist, author and lecturer with 45+ years of experience and 39 research trips to Ireland. He has lectured on Irish genealogy since 1982 in the U.S., Canada and Ireland, including two Irish Genealogical Congresses held at Trinity College in Dublin, and at St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, Co. Kildare. He is a past-president of the Irish Genealogical Society of Michigan, Detroit Society for Genealogical Research and the Oakland County Genealogical Society. Dick is the director of Celtic Quest, LLC. He is a delegate to the Michigan Genealogical Council, and is a member of the Genealogical Speakers Guild.
